About John
I’m John Sangi, and my mission is to be the premier sales agent in our community. I've had a lifelong journey through real estate from investing in local businesses to managing and rehabilitating properties.
Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up learning from my grandparents and parents, who were local business owners and real estate professionals. I started out as a carpenter and eventually built a small business of my own.
For many years, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the area's most talented real estate professionals, providing construction and property-improvement services designed to transform their listing into optimal market condition. My experiences taught me firsthand how the right improvements, large or small can dramatically influence a property's presentation, marketability, and add overall value.
For sellers, I bring a contractor's eye to every property. I can help identify which improvements may increase marketability and which may not be worth the investment. The objective is to strategically prepare the property and position it correctly in the market. I want to attract serious buyers, and pursue the strongest possible result for my clients.
For buyers, my hands-on experience allows me to look at properties from a different perspective. I can often recognize potential concerns such as deferred maintenance, renovation opportunities, and value-add possibilities that may not be immediately apparent. My unique perspective can help my clients make better-informed decisions before moving forward with a purchase.
